[CHRISTMAS-RECIPE] Cranberry Cake

Cranberry Cake (Double if making for more than 4)

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teas. Baking Powder
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
3 Tabl. oil
1/2 bag whole cranberries
Sift dry ingredients, add oil, egg, milk, beat 2 minutes. Fold in greases bread pan. Bake 30 min. @ 350*

Sauce also double for sure)
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a pot. Add 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup half and half. Cool
5 min. Serve warm over cake.
