[CHRISTMAS-RECIPE] CHERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE

CHERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

1 6-ounce ready-made graham cracker pie crust (I like Honey Maid)

In a medium bowl, with mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sweetened condensed milk, blending well.

Add lemon juice and vanilla until well blended.

Pour into pie crust and chill 3 hours, or until firm.

Spoon cherry pie filling on top of pie.

***You can also use blueberry, strawberry, or lemon pie filling.
