[CHRISTMAS-RECIPE] Slow Cooker Hearty Beef Chili---with Corn

SLOW COOKER HEARTY BEEF CHILI

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
15 oz can dark red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
15 oz can light red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 1/2 cups thick n chunky salsa
16 oz can no salt added tomato sauce
2 tbs chili powder
1 onion, chopped
1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
1 cup Mexican style shredded four cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients except cheese, stir. Cover with lid. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Stir just before serving. Serve topped with cheese. Serve with a side of crackers. MAKES 8 SERVINGS.*
