[CHRISTMAS-RECIPE] Fantasy Fudge

Fantasy Fudge
3 C. sugar
¾ C. margarine
2/3 C. or 6 oz. can of evaporated milk
2-16 oz. packages semi sweet chocolate chips
2 C. or 8 oz. of marshmallow cream
1 C. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk.  Bring to a rolling boil.  Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly over medium heat (mixture scorches easily).  Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces.  Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla.  Mix until well blended.  Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.  Cool and cut into squares.
