Bottomless Egg Custard Pie
"Heavenly Delights", Fords Creek Baptist Church, Poplarville, MS
2 cups milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup buttermilk biscuit mix
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender and blend for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased pie plate and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes.
